Classes are open to students ages 14 and up. Students can register for classes below or on the Mindbody app. A minimum of three students must be in attendance for any drop-In class to take place. Registration for classes closes 15 minutes before each class begins.

Beginner Ballet
Beginner Ballet is designed for students who have completed the Intro to Ballet Series or have some ballet experience. This class will provide an opportunity to gain a strong technical foundation while exploring artistic expression. Beginner classes focus on ballet positions, vocabulary and proper alignment. These classes are intended for dancers in ballet slippers.
Intermediate/Advanced Ballet
This class is designed for those who have taken at least 3 years of ballet training at an intermediate level. Emphasis in intermediate/advanced ballet is placed on developing technical strength and artistry through more complex exercises and combinations. These classes are intended for dancers in ballet slippers.
Yamuna Body Rolling
This full body workout utilizes the powerful effect of a simple Yamuna Body Rolling (YBR) ball. The YBR ball challenges and unlocks the uneven surfaces of the musculoskeletal system. You will perform exercises using your body weight and small movements to release tension from the neck, back legs muscles and more.
