This introductory class series is designed for students 14+ with zero or minimal ballet experience.

An emphasis will be placed on safe execution of the fundamentals of ballet technique. Students will become familiar with a variety of essential movements, their corresponding French terminology, as well as the overall structure of a traditional ballet class (barre work, center practice, allegro). These classes are designed to give students the tools they will need to feel comfortable entering the Intro to Ballet II Series or a beginner ballet class.
